Application of neuronavigation in the biopsy procedures of intracranial lesions

摘要 目的探讨神经导航系统在颅内病变活检术中的应用.方法对16例颅内病变病人术前行MRI或CT连续薄层扫描,在神经导航引导下行活检术.结果注册误差0.4~1.9 mm,平均(1.38±0.45)mm;注册时间10~2l min,平均(14±3.5)min;手术时间45~115 min,平均(55±23)min,均准确完成手术.活检阳性率100%.无手术并发症.结论神经导航指导活检,具有简单迅速、定位准确、安全高效和阳性率高的优点. Objective To evaluate the application of neuronavigation system in the biopsy procedures of intracranial lesions. Methods 16 patients received MRI or sequential thin-layer CT scans before the biopsy procedures guided by neuronavigation. Results The mean registration deviation was 1.38±0.45 mm, ranged from 0.4 to 1.9 mm. The mean registration time was 14±3.5 min, ranged from 10 to 21 min. The mean operative time was 59±23 min, ranged from 45 to 115 min. All the biopsy procedures had proceeded smoothly and accurately. The positive biopsy rate was 100%. No significant complication associated with biopsy was found. Conclusion Neuronavigation is a simple and effective method for biopsies of intracranial lesions and can locate the lesions promptly and accurately with a higher positivity rate of diagnosis and less surgical complications.
