颞叶静脉引流形式及其外科保护方法 被引量：3

摘要 颅底侧方入路是处理颅中、后窝以及脑干病变的常用手术方法,保持颞叶静脉引流通畅是确保手术疗效的关键因素之一。颞叶静脉的引流形式具有多样性和复杂性。本文详细阐述了颞叶静脉的各种引流形式、术前影像学检查的重要性、术中静脉保护方法以及Labbe静脉重建技术等问题。
