摘要
目的探讨立体定向手术治疗药物依赖并评估手术安全性及疗效.方法采用CT引导下立体定向双侧杏仁核、伏膈核及扣带回射频毁损,术后147～253d内随访.结果 70例病人中55例药物依赖心理完全消失,9例术后复吸,并发症少.结论立体定向手术是一种有效和可行的治疗药物依赖方法.
Objective To make use of stereotactic technique to cure drug addiction and evaluate operation effects and security.Methods With the help of CT guiding technique,seventy DA(drug addiction) patients were damaged by radio-frequency opertion for Nucleus accumbens,cingulate gyrus and amygdala,The mean postoperative follow-up period was 147～253 days.Results Relapse has not occurred in 55 cases.relapse occurred in 9 cases after surgery.The therapeutic effect was good in 55 case and poor in 9 cases.There were no common complications of surgery.Conclusion The stereotactic operations for DA was safe and feasible.
