基于辐射能信号的过热汽温控制系统优化

摘要 以某300MW机组锅炉的过热汽温控制为对象,对现场运行数据进行分析,归纳出影响过热汽温的主要因素,用Matlab的辨识工具包对过热汽温系统建立模型。根据炉膛辐射能信号和主蒸汽流量变化,提前预知过热汽温的变化趋势,用它们作为调节过热汽温的前馈变量,将喷水减温器的喷水量作为调节量,构成新的控制方式。用计算机对新方式进行仿真,得出仿真结果。 This thesis is based on the temperature of the steam-gas in a 300MW boiler. By analyzing the data from the working boiler, the main factors which affect on the superheated steam temperature can be concluded. In the other hand, a model of the superheated steam temperature system can be set up by the identification of the tool box of identification of matlab. From the signal of radiative energy in the furnace and the changing flux of the main steam, the changing tendency of the superheated steam temperature can be predicted. With these three objects working as feedforward variable and the ratio of the attemperator working as the regulating object, a new controlling method is made up. Simulated results are available through computer simulation on this new method.
