摘要
自然垄断产业是社会基础设施的提供部门 ,关系到国计民生。目前 ,我国自然垄断产业改革取得一定成效 ,但也存在着缺乏竞争机制 ,服务质量不高 ,投资渠道单一等问题。正确认识这些问题对其今后的发展有重要指导意义。
Natural monopolization industries are fundamental installation supplied departments,relates to the state's strategy and citizen's living.At the present day,our state's natural monopolization industries' reformation have been achieved the effect,but still exists the problems of lack competitive organizations,ban service quality and unitary investment ways.Recognize these problems right,it has the significant meaning.
