摘要
我国原有的企业业绩评价体系尚存在不足。进一步完善有效的业绩评价体系对于实现企业经营目标具有推动作用。目标的实现需借助业绩评价手段来考核 ,应根据企业的经营目标、管理模式、产权特点综合考虑选择适合本企业特点的业绩评价模式 ,以便准确反映企业的经营业绩。
There are some imperfect places still exsist in the standing judgement system of enterprise achievement establishing effective achievement judge system give impetns to realize the enterprise opration target,but the realization of target has to draw support from the achievement judgement means to be assessed for reflect the achievement of enterprise accurally the mode of achievemeny judgement should be chosed according to its opration target,management mode,proper right features,with comprehensive consideration.
