摘要
加入WTO后 ,面对外资商业银行的挑战 ,中资商业银行为提高核心竞争力 ,借鉴国外银行在建立CRM系统 ,提高金融服务水平方面的先进经验 ,逐步引入CRM系统。我国商业银行目前CRM系统建设存在着许多误区 ,影响了CRM系统的效应。中资商业银行必须建立一套适合中资商业银行发展需要的CRM系统 ,并与改制、重组相结合才能真正发挥CRM系统的效应 ,提高与外资银行竞争的实力。
After entering the WTO,Chinese fund business bank,facing the challenge of foreign fund bank,adopt CRM system graually so as to increase the core competitve power,draw lessons from broad bank's advanced experience in the aspect of establishing the CRM system and enhance the level of financial service.Many errors area exsisting in our country's business bank must establisha set of CRM system which latering to the development need of itsself.By doing so,the effect of CRM system can be bring into full play and the actual strengh competed will foreign fund bank can be enhanced.
