摘要
目的:研究塔拉豆荚粉的急性毒性及遗传毒性.方法:采用急性毒性实验,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验与精子畸变实验,以经口灌胃方式给药.结果:小鼠塔拉豆荚粉最大耐受量MTD为12·80g/kg体重,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核发生率和精子畸变实验结果显示塔拉豆荚粉高、中、低剂量组与阴性对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0·05).结论:塔拉豆荚粉为无毒类物质,无致突变作用.
Objective: To investigate the acute toxicity and genotoxicity of tara in mice.Methods:The oral acute toxicity test, micronucleus test of polychromatic erythocytes in bone marrow and sperm abnormality test in mice were done.Results:Acute test(MTD) of the Tara was 12.80g/kg.The micronucleus and sperm abnormality test showed 6.0,3.0,1.5g/kg in tara groups with high, medium and low dosage. Compared with the negative control, there was not significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: The study suggests that the tara is not a toxic plant,nor observed genotoxicity in the mutagenicity and sperm abnormality test.
