牙周病研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 牙周炎会导致牙龈炎症、牙周组织破坏、牙槽骨丢失和最后牙齿的脱落,是造成健康人失牙的最主要因素之一.也可影响个体的全身健康.2002年爱牙日全国牙防组公布的数字表明,我国12岁未治疗的牙周病患病率为69%,35～40岁为97.2%,而67～74岁高达99.4%,1989年世界临床牙周病学研讨会制定的分类法是目前临床上广泛采用的,将牙周炎主要分为成人牙周炎(adult Periodonititis,AP)和早发性牙周炎(early-onset Periodontitis,EOP),EOP又包括局限型早发性牙周炎(Localized EOP,L-EOP)和广泛型早发性牙周炎(generalized EOP,G-EOP).1999年牙周病分类国际研究会对新分类法达成共识,用慢性牙周炎代替成人牙周炎,用侵袭性牙周炎代替早发性牙周炎.
