不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术的麻醉处理

摘要 近年来随着微创外科技术的临床应用,不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术已成为外科治疗冠心病的一种新趋势,它可以避免体外循环(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)下对人体生理的干扰,降低了术后并发症的发生率,但是此类手术是在不停跳的心脏上进行的,术中对麻醉管理提出了更高更新的要求,2003年6月-2005年2月我院实行了25例不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术,效果良好,报告如下.
