颈段脊髓髓内肿瘤的显微手术治疗

Microsurgical treatment of intramedullary tumors in cervical spine

本文报告显微外科手术治疗颈段脊髓髓内肿瘤４６例，其中全切除２１例，大部切除１９例，活检加减压６例，无手术死亡。术后神经功能明显改善者３３例，无改变者９例，加重者４例。随访３４例，其中２５例存活，１７例恢复工作，３例可自理生活，另５例仍不能自理生活。死亡９例。本文重点讨论显微手术中颈髓的背切、肿瘤切除和止血等问题。

Abstract Microsurgecal removal 46 cases of intramedullary tumors in cervical spine are reported. There were 22 males and 24 females.Their ages ranged from is to 65 years. The average age was 36. 8 years.Most cases are astrocytoma or ependymoma.There are 21 total removal, 19 subtotal removal,6 biopsy and decompression. No operative mortality.Long-term follow-up study was performed from 8 months and 11 years in 34 cases.Among the 25 survivors. 17 have recovered, 3were disabled , 5 were severely disabled. Postoperatively, 5 cases died of complications and 4 died of unknown reasons. Operative approach from incision of lateral part of cervical spinal cord and the technique of removal of tumors were discussed.
