摘要
根据电梯横向振动的特点,建立了基于ADAMS的电梯虚拟样机模型。在此基础上分析了导轮系统弹簧刚度和阻尼对轿厢横向振动加速度以及导轮与轿架之间相对位移的影响,同时建立了以轿厢加速度和导轮与轿架之间相对位移的频率响应为目标的结构优化设计模型,并得到了结构优化设计参数。仿真试验表明:无论是频域还是时域,系统响应都得到了改善。
A dynamic model for elevator was developed in ADAMS. Based on this model, it was discussed that the influence of the guide rollers' parameters on the car platform acceleration and the relative displacement between the guide roller and the car. Regarding the acceleration and the relative displacement as the objectives, we established a multi-objective structural optimization model. The parameters of the guide roller were optimized. The simulation results show that the system responses have been better than before both in the frequency domain and in the time domain.
