亚低温对实验性颅脑伤中神经功能的保护作用 被引量:77

摘要 本文报道伤前、伤后15分钟、30分钟采用低温(30℃)治疗实验性颅脑伤的疗效。结果发现伤前和伤后早期(15分钟)低温治疗能显著改善颅脑伤后神经功能障碍(P<0.01)。伤后30分钟开始低温治疗则无明显疗效。提示伤后应尽早使用低温治疗,为临床治疗脑损伤病人提供了可靠依据。 Abstract We examined the pre-injury 15 minutes and 30 minutes post-injury hypothermia (30℃) on neurological deficits after traumatic brain injury in rats. The results showed that pre-injury and 15 minutes post-injury hypothermia had significantly less beamwalking and beam-balance deficits as compared to normothermic rats, but 30 minutes post-injury hypothermia lost the protective effects. These results demonstrate that pre-injury and early post-injury hypothermia (<30 minutes) significantly improve neurological functions after traumatic brain injury. We suggest that early post-injury hypothermia may have potentialclinical value for treating human brain injury.
