Analysis and design of drafting mechanism of Model FMV40 rubbed roving frame

基于反求工程原理探讨了FMV40型搓捻粗纱机牵伸系统的设计思想,推导出了求牵伸倍数和齿轮齿数的设计公式。计算结果表明,所设计的牵伸机构与实际机器相符合,推导出的这种粗纱机牵伸机构的设计公式可为设计同类机构借鉴。

This paper probes into the design thoughts and formulas of drafting mechanism of Model FMV40 rubbed roving frame according to the principle of inverse design.Several important calculation formulas of drafting ratios and the number of gears are reduced.The calculation results show that the drafting mechanism based on the method of inverse design is in agreement with the actual project.This new design method of drafting mechanism of rubbed roving frame will be a help to designers for reference.
