地磁感应电流对我国电网影响及监测技术的研究 被引量:13

摘要 太阳活动引发的磁暴是全球性自然灾害。磁暴在输电线路上产生地磁感应电流(GIC)对电力系统安全运行有很大影响。笔者依据阳城—淮阴输电系统、黑龙江电网和广东岭奥核电站等发现的多起GIC影响事件,对输电线GIC的基本理论、计算方法、监测技术和分析手段等问题开展了研究工作。文章在论述电网GIC机理特征和GIC对我国电网影响的基础上对GIC监测技术进行了研究,给出了电网GIC的信号采集方法、信号处理方法和监测系统的设计思路。 The geomagnetism storm initiated by solar campaign is global nature calamity. The geomagnetism storm in transmission network produces the geomagnetism induction current (GIC), which has great influence on safe operation of power system. According to the incidents discovered in Yangcheng - Huaiyin Transmission system, Heilongjiang Power Grid and Guangdong Lingao Nuclear Power Station, the basic theory, calculation method, monitoring technology and analysis means of GIC for transmission line were studied. Based on the exposition of GIC mechanism and the influence of GIC on China' s power network, the monitoring technology fer GIC were studied. And the signal collection method, signal processing technique, design thought of monitoring system fer power grid GIC were given.
