摘要
由于外部环境和客户行为的变化,20世纪90年代以来欧洲主要商业银行纷纷转型为多元化的金融服务集团。部分银行选择了银行证券事业模式,塑造成一种新型全能银行,拥有足够业务广度和技术深度;部分银行选择了银行保险事业模式,转型为家庭金融资产管理的一体化金融服务提供者。本文选取了6家代表性欧洲银行集团,比较分析了不同事业模式的特点,以及相应集团的构建途径、组织结构调整和内部管理整合问题。
Owing to the changes of outside environments and customer behavior, major European commercial banks have transformed themselves into diversified financial service groups since 1990s. Some selected the model of banking and securities, producing a new type of Universal Banking, with wide business scope and complicated technology. Some selected Bancassurance model, turning themselves into integrated financial providers of household financial assets management services. Six typical European banking groups are selected to compare the nature of the two business models, construction ways, adjustment of organization structure and internal management consolidation. Finally, this paper concluded with the implication of these European best practice models to the conglomeration of China's commercial banks.
