金融全球化及其对我国货币政策自主性影响的渠道分析

金融全球化对货币政策的目标及自主性产生深远影响。按照“三元悖论”的理论观点,本国货币政策的独立性、汇率的稳定性、资本的完全流动不能同时实现,此外,金融全球化对货币政策还有其他一些影响。本文首先论述金融全球化的加速趋势,在此基础上研究了金融全球化对货币政策的一般影响,最后结合我国具体情况分析金融全球化影响我国货币政策自主性的具体渠道。

Financial globalization has a deep and long-term impact on the goal and independence of monetary policy. According to 'impossible trinity'doctrine, it's impossible to achieve independent monetary policy, fixed exchange rate and free capital mobility simultaneously. Globalization has also had numerous other impacts on monetary policy. This paper first describes the accelerating trend of globalization, then discusses the general effects of globalization on monetary policy, finally analyzes the concrete ways in which globalization will affect the independence of monetary policy under China's current conditions.
