北京地区女性骨关节炎患者雌激素受体等位基因多态性分析 被引量:2

摘要 骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种中老年人常见的风湿性疾病,也是一种复杂基因的疾病.为了揭示雌激素受体(ER)等位基因与我国妇女OA的发病机制,我们采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术对北京地区女性OA患者和健康女性雌激素受体基因多态性进行了比较研究.
