Technology of finishing the wool/silk interweave fabric with protease

毛 丝交织物同时具有羊毛和蚕丝的许多优良特性,但由于羊毛纤维的刚性较大,使织物有刺痒感,而且易起毛起球。现采用蛋白酶对织物进行整理,使织物表面的毛羽减少,摩擦系数降低,手感柔软,服用性能得到改善。通过实验,从蛋白酶用量、整理液的pH值、整理液温度、整理时间几方面综合分析,确定了最优的整理工艺。

The interweave fabric of wool and silk has some excellent properties, while it has scratchiness and pilling propensity because of wool fiber's rigidity.This paper introduces the process of finishing wool and silk interweave fabric with protease.After treatment, the rigidity of hairiness and the friction coefficient of the fabric surface obviously decline, meanwhile the wearabilities of the fabric are improved.The optimum finishing process is obtained and discussed.
