Development of hemp/wool blending yarn

介绍了大麻纤维和羊毛的特性,以及大麻纤维和羊毛混纺纱的生产工艺。针对混纺纱工艺路线的选择,改善大麻麻条的可纺性以及针梳、并条工序的静电问题提出了相应的技术措施。通过工艺参数的对比实验,确定了混纺纱各工序的工艺参数,对原料选择、设备改造、操作要点、生产环境等技术难点提出了解决方法。比较分析了大麻与羊毛不同混纺比与成纱质量之间的关系。开发出了具有2种纤维特性,风格独特的大麻 羊毛混纺纱。

Properties of hemp fibre and wool,and productive technology of hemp/wool blending yarn are introduced in this paper.The emphases is to provide technological measures that can improve hemp strip's spinnability and solve static electricity in combing and drawing.The blending yarn's technological arrangement in each operation is confirmed through contrast of technological parameter.Provides method to solve difficulty during the processes such as material choose,equipment reclaim,operation gist,productive environment etc.Analyses relation between blending proportion and yarn quality.It has been developed that hemp/wool blending yarn assume two fibre properties.
