Studying and controlling the warp band defects of wool fabrics

绞经档疵点是精、粗纺毛织物布面疵点中危害性较大的一类疵点,疵点一旦形成则很难消除,常常给企业造成巨大损失。文章就如何预防和消除绞经档疵点这一课题,在工厂多年质量攻关实践基础上,分析研究了毛纺织品生产过程中绞经档产生的原因及生成机理,并针对可能产生疵点的加工工序,提出了预防、控制和消除绞经档产生的具体方法。

Warp band defects of wool fabrics is one of the most harmful defects in worsted and slub woolen fabrics production, the band defects always result in a great loss to the manufactures since they can hardly be removed in case their formation.To study the subject that how to prevent and remove warp band defects, the author studied the formation principle of warp band defects of worsted and woolen fabrics extensively and suggested a series of specific methods to prevent and control the defects formation.
