在粗纺针织绒生产中,成品纱的大多数缺陷来自粗梳梳毛机,为此有必要在梳毛机上对粗纱实施在线检测。文章介绍了在线条干检测系统的原理、功能和作用,并以大量的工厂应用实例描述了监测的粗纱支数不匀曲线,此外还对该仪器的热稳定性进行了实验。结果表明,粗纱在线条干检测仪实用性能良好,可在粗纺针织纱的生产上推广使用。

In the course of woolen knitting yarn, much fault of finishing yarn is from woolen combing machine. So it is necessary to test semi-manufactures yarn in real time on woolen combing machine. This article introduces principle, function and effect of real time test. Combined many factory's examples,it describes uneven curve of tested semi-manufactures yarn. Moreover tests thermal stability of this instrument. As a result this instrument has nice practicability, and can be extended to use in the process of woolen knitting yarn.
