摘要
本文主要探讨巴西在城市化进程中,如何通过振兴公共交通,解决逐渐出现的社会排斥问题。根据圣保罗、里约热内卢、累西腓等大城市的具体经验,从调控,机构组织、技术和融资四个方面来分析这些新型的交通政策,如何通过实施公共交通的战略措施,降低社会不平等现象。
This paper examines the manners of relaunching public transportation in Brazilian cites in a context of massive urbanization and progressive social exclusion. From the concretes experiences of Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Recife, etc., it analyses the strategy of inequality reduction as one of principal element of transportation policy. These new politics are analyzed in four dimensions: regulatory. institutional, technologic and financial.
