低温和PEG“渗控”预处理促进石楠种子萌发的研究 被引量:20

摘要 用0~- 2℃低温和不同水平的PEG预处理石楠种子,可提高种子的活力指数,增加可溶性蛋白、煮沸稳定蛋白的含量,提高SOD、CAT活性,降低MDA含量与POD活性;SDS PAG电泳图谱表明:1 5 %PEG预处理的种子,在萌发的第4天,分子量分别为4 0 2 7、4 2 5、4 4 5、4 6 2、5 0 8kD的5条多肽带的染色比未处理种子的深。 The effects of low temperature and PEG pretreatment on germination of Photinia seeds were investigated.During the germination of seeds pretreated with cold stress at 0~-2 ℃ for 24 h,the physiological and biochemical changes of the seeds were examined.In the PEG pretreated seeds,the seed vigor index,the content of soluble proteins,boiling_stable proteins,as well as the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase (CAT) increased while the MDA content and the activity of peroxidase (POD) decreased.Meanwhile,the color of bands of polypeptides of 40 27,42 5,44 5,46 2,50 8kD were darker in 15% PEG_pretreated seeds after 4 days germination at 21 ℃
