摘要 两种力学性能相差较大的金属进行爆炸焊接实验时,其工艺参数的选择比较困难.本文以镍板与铜板的爆炸焊接实验为例,采用梯形布药法寻求爆炸焊接的最佳药量参数,获得良好的实验结果,另外研究了爆炸焊接中药量参数对结合区形状的影响.实验结果表明:本方案可简便快捷地获得最佳焊接药量参数,具有较高的实际应用价值. It is difficult to select proper parameters when two kinds of metals with different mechanical behaviors are to be joined through explosive welding.An experiment is made on the explosive technology with plats of Ni and Cu used as materials to be welded.The experiment has yielded quite good results.The effect of detonator quantity parameters on the shape of joint area is studied.This method may help find the optimum detonator quantity parameters with ease.The application value of this method is expected to be considerable.
