配备一套完善的多路实时电话录音管理系统在电力调度领域极为重要。介绍了电力调度多路实时电话录音系统的基本原理和方法、系统所需的软硬件环境以及系统所能实现的各种功能,探讨和研究了系统开发与应用的关键技术。
It is very important to equip a perfect real time telephone record system in the field of electric power control. This paper introduces the principle and method of the system, the hardware and software environments required by the system and the functions implemented by the system. In this paper the key technology in this system is discussed and studied.
