摘要
本文针对公司管理体制调整后 ,四个轧制生产机组生产 5 .5mm～ 2 0 0mm的碳结、中低合结、Cr不锈、Ni不锈、合工及高合工轧制圆棒线的主要品种 ,提出工艺路线优化 (调整 )方向及主要品种质量问题改进的初步意见 ,对公司目前的生产及管理有一定参考意义。
Main varieties of rolled bar steel product(5.5-200mm), such as carbon structure steel, medium and low alloy steel, Cr stainless steel, Ni stainless steel, alloy tool steel and high alloy steel that produced by 4 rolling mill complex was described, preliminary suggestion on process optimization and improvement of product quality was made, which is of great value to production and management.
