国产化探头检测粗晶奥氏体钢管可靠性分析

摘要  就引进德国NUKEM公司超声波检测装置中 ,实施的国产化探头对奥氏体钢管进行超声波检测中的可靠性、稳定性进行探讨。经试验证明 ,在检测速度达到 10m/min ,检测灵敏度为 0 .2 5mm(深 )× 7mm条件下 ,其探伤效果能满足以GH6 0 This paper makes a study of the ultrasonic examination reliability and stability when China-made probes are used during the examination of the austenitic stainless tube in imported instrument made by NUKEM , Germany . It has been proved that they can meet the testing requirements during the examination of the typical grade of GH600 at the speed of up to 10m/min and at the sensitivity of 0.25mm(depth)×7mm .
