Multiple elements associated with equipment management including pre-purchase demonstration, equipment completing and management, financial management and management of equipment application in teaching and research are analyzed. Referring to advanced experience in the management of production, we intend to explore a new path to improve comprehensive equipment benefits of institutes of higher learning by strengthening economic management, instituting cost accounting system and norm management system.
