The data process of the experimental is the most important part of the whole instrument analysis experiment and it is the extend of the analyzing and testing process ,and it is also the most important part of obtain creditable analyzing data and results. The analyze method of clinical optical instrument is base on the method of experimental data processing. This article start with the basic principle of optical analyzing method, introducing standard curve method , standard adding method,unitary method ,exterior marker method and internal marker method,end-point method.
