本文在分析我国医学工程技术队伍现状和教育培训工作存在的问题的基础上 ,提出了从对生物医学工程教育进行结构性调整、尽快建立医学装备工程师职业准入制度、加快落实继续教育制度的步伐等三方面来推进医学工程技术人才培养工作的改革思路。
