在进行轴位扫描或螺旋扫描时 ,该机出现一些偶发的特定故障 ,刚开始扫描曝光正常 ,图像显示也正常 ,在曝光过程中 ,曝光突然中断 ,并伴有相关错误提示信息 ,通过分析这类曝光中断 ,再结合在做定位像扫描时每次都能顺利完成 ,初步判定为机器旋转部分出现故障 ,电刷与滑环在高速旋转的情况下接触不良所导致的问题 ,通过排查、实验最终找出了引起该故障的根本原因是环境湿度过低 ,空气过于干燥。通过增加机房内湿度 。

When tomographic scan or helical scan was made, there were occasional and particular faults with the machine. At the beginning, the exposure and image display were normal, but as the scan went on, the exposure broke off suddenly and error information was shown on the screen. Analyzing the problems and considering the normal topographic each time, we could conclude that something was wrong with the revolution parts of the machine, in which the electricity brushes and slide rings worked badly due to high speed revolving. Inspection showed that the problem was caused by low humidity and dry air. The problem could be solved by increasing humidity in the CT machine room.
