The establishment and perfection of socialistic market economy has set higher demands on the supplies of teaching materials. On the one hand, publishing and distributing businesses are regulated by the force of the market, entailing great changes in the operating mechanism and supplying models; On the other hand, with the enlargement of higher education scales, the educating models has become diverse, the discipline-setting has become multi-leveled and the reform of management system has deepened. The paper makes an analysis of the scientific approaches to the supplies of teaching materials under new circumstances.
