摘要 目的了解SARS流行期间与既往3年同期SARS预防用药不良反应(AdverseDrugReactions,ADR)情况。方法对北京市药品不良反应监测中心近4年收到的与胸腺肽、干扰素、利巴韦林和转移因子有关的ADR进行分析,并将SARS流行期间相应药物(包括中药)的ADR与既往3年同期进行比较。结果由于健康人群预防用药,SARS流行期间ADR报告数明显增多,ADR人群的年龄范围广,构成更趋年轻。SARS流行期间和既往同期预防用药的ADR均集中于用药后前3天。干扰素主要表现为流感样综合征,胸腺肽为过敏反应,中药为消化系统反应,也出现了一些罕见ADR。所有病例预后良好。结论在疗效不确定的情况下是否提倡大人群使用预防用药值得进一步商榷。 Objective To investigate the adverse drug reactions (ADRs) associated with precautionary medication against SARS and that of the corresponding periods of last three years. Method Describe the reported ADRs associated with thymosin, interferon, transfer factor and ribavirin in recent 4 years. Meanwhile, ADRs of the 5 medicines (including traditional Chinese medicine) during SARS outbreak are compared with which in corresponding periods. Result The reported ADRs are significantly increased because of medicine preventions in healthy population during SARS outbreak. The main ADRs are flu-like symptoms, anaphylaxis and gastrointestinal disturbance in interferon, thymosin and traditional Chinese medicine respectively. These ADRs mainly occurred within initial 3 days in both periods. Despite of some rare ADRs, all cases are reversible. Conclusion It is suggested that careful consideration should be paid when almost whole population take precautionary medication confronting emergency like SARS.
