中药不良反应研究方法的探讨

Discussion on the methodology of adverse reaction research of traditional Chinese medicine

结合中药不良反应研究现状,借鉴药品不良反应研究方法,从不良反应监测、中药毒理学研究、毒-效相关性研究、建立中药不良反应数据库、中药不良反应文献分析、中药不良反应的教育与宣传等方面阐述中药不良反应的研究思路。希望通过上述的工作,基本上掌握其不良反应发生情况,合理使用中药,使中药能真正达到安全有效可控。

Integrating the actuality of adverse drug reaction(ADR) of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and referring the research methods of ADR being used,the ideas of ADR research of TCM were discussed in terms of ADR monitoring, toxicological study, the correlative study between toxic and therapeutic effect of TCM, establishment of TCM Adverse Reaction Database, literature search, and education and propaganda of ADR of TCM. Through above study, we hope that by mastering the condition of ADR, TCM can be reasonably used with safety, effectiveness and being controlled.
