概述了含马兜铃酸的中草药所致肾毒性的发病机制、临床表现及预防治疗措施,提示应正视中草药使用不当可能导致的不良反应,强调合理应用中草药。
This paper summarizes the mechanism and clinical manifestations as well as the treatment and preventive measures of aristolochic acid nephropathy(AAN). It is implied that improper administration of traditional Chinese herbs may cause untoward effects, and thus stressed that the traditional Chinese herbs should be used correctly.
