摘要
文章根据高校教务员的工作实践,结合自身的认识和体会,认为高校教务员须从思想品德、工作作风、业务水平和心理素质四个方面进行工作能力的培养与提高,从而做好高校教务管理工作。
Based on the experience and understanding of educational administrators in college, this paper emphasizes that educational administrators must train and enhance faculty from moral character, work style, vocational level and psychology to bring the educational administrators of college into a new brand.
