摘要
加快人才结构调整步伐已成为河北省亟待解决的问题之一,本文剖析了当前河北 省人才结构中存在的问题及其成因,进而提出了解决问题的对策和措施。
Accelerating talenfs structural adjustment paces already becomes one of the problems urgently to be solved in Hebei Province. This paper has analyzed the problem existing and the origin cause of trained personnel of Hebei Province at present, and then has proposed the countermeasure and measure to solve the problem.
