运动心脏重塑过程中的机械-生化偶联机制

Mechanism of Mechanical Stretch-Biochemistry in the Restructure of Exercise-Induced Cardiomyocyte Hypertrophy

摘要 离体实验证明 ,心肌在不受神经体液因子的作用下 ,仅受牵张刺激也能导致心肌肥大反应。运动时心室舒张末期容积增加类似离体的牵张刺激 ,提示运动心脏重塑过程中 ,可能也存在某种机械 -生化偶联机制在心肌蛋白质合成中发挥作用。 Experiment in vitro demonstrates mechanical stretch can induce cardiomyocyte hypertrophy without receiving nervous hormonal regulation.The increase of ventricle dimension in exercise resembles mechanical strech in vitro. Mechanism of mechanical stretch-biochemistry maybe play an important role in the restructure of exercise-induced cardiomvocyte hyqertrophy.
