摘要
本实验在大鼠上创立了肝／小肠整块和分别联合移植两种动物模型。比较二者的实验结果显示：肝／肠分别移植组无论在手术技术、热缺血时间、无肝期还是术中、术后并发症和存活率上均优于整块移植组。故认为分别移植是研究肝／肠移植术后免疫反应的较好术式。
Two experimental models of
combinedliver/intestine transplantation were estab-lished in rats。One is en bloc
allograft,anotheris separated allograft.The results showed thatnot only operative
procedure,warm is chemiatimes,anhepatic time,but also complicationsand survival rates were
significantly better inthe seperated allograft group than the en blocallograft group(P<0.
05).Separated graftingtechnique was considered to provide a goodmodel to study the
immunology of combinedliver/intestine transplantation.
