小切口植骨加外固定支架治疗儿童胫骨骨折骨不连

The Treatment of Tibial Fractures Nonunions With Bone Grafting and External Fixator by Mini-incision in Children.

目的探讨以小切口植骨配合双边外固定支架治疗儿童胫骨骨折后骨不连的可行性及优点。方法1999年1月～2004年1月治疗儿童胫骨骨折后骨不连28例,全部采用小切口植骨加外固定支架治疗。结果全部病例骨折愈合,未出现排斥反应和骨感染,平均需4.6个月拆除支架及内固定。结论小切口植骨加外固定支架治疗儿童胫骨骨折后骨不连是一种有效和安全的方法。

Objective To discuss the feasibility and advantage of the treatment with bone grafting and external fixator to nonunions of tibial fractures in children. Methods From Jan 1999 to Jan 2004, 28 cases of tibial fractures in children nonunions were treated by bone grafting with mini-incision plus external fixator. Results All of the 28 cases were healed,rejection of graft was no occurred, and bone infection rate was zero. The average extracted time of external fixation and internal fixation was 4.6 monthes. Conclusions It is safe and effective that the treatment with bone grafting and external fixator to nonunions of tibial fractures in children.
