摘要
本实验对大鼠肾上腺自体肾被膜下移植后３５天内的移植块进行了系统地组织学检查及功能测定，结果表明：移植块的组织学变化为髓质全部变性坏死、皮质部分坏死、残存细胞再生，再生程度和速度受ＡＣＴＨ控制，与肌肉内种植比较再生迅速而完全；其功能的恢复与组织学变化一致。
In this study,it was observed systemati-cally that the
histological and functionalchange of the rat adrenal grafts that were au- totransplanted to the
subrenal capsule 35 daysafter transplantation. The result showed thatthe histological change of
the grafts medullawas denaturation and necrosis,but the histo-logical change of the cortex was
denaturation,part necrosis and regeneretion. The regenera- tive degree and speed of grafts
were faster andcompleter than that autografted to the mus-cle,and were controled by ACTH. The
func-tional recovery and histdogical change of thegrafts were correspondent.
