BPH对逼尿肌自主神经胆硷脂酶活性的影响

摘要 我们分别在光镜和显微分光光度计上测定了17例合并膀胱出口梗阻的BPH患者和17例无梗阻的其它疾病患者膀胱顶部逼尿肌的自主神经的chE活性,前者以弱阳性(±)为主(88.24%),相对值为107.65±25.17;而后者以阳性(+)为主(70.59%),相对值为206.00±44.59(P<0.01)。 Semi-quantitative and quantitative assess-ment of the activity of cholinesterase of auto-nomic nerve in detrusor samples have carriedout under microscope and using spectropho-tometer in 17 patients in whom bladder out- flow obstruction secondary to BPH had beenconfirmed urodynamically. Similar assessmentwas performed on detrusor samples from 17unobstructed ‘control’patients.When the re-sults from the 2 groups were compared, a sta- tistically reduction in the activity ofcholinesterase of autonomic nerve supplyingdetrusor muscle was demonstrated in the ob- structed group,P<0.01.It was obvious thatthe function of cholinergic nerve in detrusor insubject group was damaged.It is suggestedthat the agents capable of stabilising thesmooth muscle cell membrane may be morereasonable and effective than anticholinergicsfor pharmacologic treatment of unstable blad- der in BPH patients after surgery.
