The Journal of Control Theory and Applications (JCTA) publishes high-quality papers on the theory, design, and applications in the systems and control field. This journal is published quarterly. Three types of contributions are regularly considered: 1. Survey Paper - a review of well established or newly emerging research topics, new techniques etc. 2. Regular Paper - well developed theoretical results or applications. 3. Brief Paper-new techniques, concepts, perspectives, comments etc. Submission of a manuscript signifies that it has been neither copyrighted, published, nor submitted or accepted for publication elsewhere. Submitted manuscripts must be typewritten in English. All submitted manuscripts should be as concise as possible. A brief paper is limited to 4 journal pages, which are equivalent to 8 double-spaced pages. A survey paper or a regular paper is limited to 6 journal pages. Manuscripts that
