我市高新技术产业在十五期间取得了一些主要成就,但也同时存在一些问题,本文在此基础 上提出我市"十一五"高新技术产业发展的方针、目标,并就此提出主要任务、发展重点和建议采取的主要 政策措施。

The high and new technology industry in our city achieved some accomplishment, but still has certain problems.On the condition of that,the author puts forward the policy,goal of developing of the high and new technology industry,and poses the main assignment and the developing importance and the relating policies and measures.
