钨丝微螺旋圈的研制及其栓塞效果的观察

Study and making of tungsten filament microcoils and experimental observation of efficacy of endovascular embolization with themicrocoils in rabbits

以钨丝为原料，绕制成了多种规格的微螺旋圈，并观察了该螺旋圈栓塞家兔颈总动脉的效果及其对被栓塞血管的影响。结果表明，该螺旋圈制作方便，性能良好，有较好的栓塞效果，对组织的毒副作用小。作者认为，该螺旋圈可用于颅内动脉瘤等栓塞治疗。

Different kinds of tungsten filament mi-crocoils,which are a new agent used for thera-peutic embolization of brain arteriovenousmalformation,aneurysms,carotid-cavernousfistula,etc,were studied and made. The effec-tiveness of endovascular embolization with the microcoils and their effects on surrounding tis-sues in rabbits were observed.The resultsshowed that the functions of the microcoils and efficacy of the endovascular embolizationwith them were satisfactory. The toxic andside effects of the microcoils on the surround-ing tissues were nosignificant.The authoursconsidered that the microcoils are a good em-bolic agent at present.
