摘要
尿中不同分子量的大分子分离物,由于分子量、化学结构、化学性质的不同,对尿石形成的作用也不相同。而分子量相同的大分子分离物,正常人和病人也有明显的差异。作者认为这种差异是结石形成的一个重要因素,也是我们进一步探讨尿石症发病机理的一个新突破口。
Urinary
macromolecules include variedinhibitors and promoters of urinary stone,which can change the
kinetic process of crystalnucleation, growth and agglomeration due todifferent molecular
weights structures andconditions of actions thus resulting in inhibit-ing or promoting the
formation of urinary stone.This paper determines by the particle size distribution measuring
technique,the effect of macromolecules with different molecular weight in the urine of normal
controls andstone formers on formation of COM,with an attempt to find out the qualitative and
quanti-tative difference urinary macromolecules be-tween normal controls and stone formers
andtheir functions in the stone formation.
