摘要
30只大鼠经液压装置致中度液压颅脑损伤,伤后1小时有血糖和脑脊液乳酸的升高,9只大鼠中度液压颅脑伤后即刻有短暂的血压升高和心率加快,并通过颅骨窗用激光多谱勒技术发现有伤后早期的局部脑血流下降。
Abstract We characterized the biochemistry and fe-gional
cerebral blood flow in rats produced bylateral fluid percussion head injury of midiumseverity.
Biochemistry experiments in 30 ratsdemonstrated cerebal spinal fluid lactic acido-sis and
hyperglycemia,Systemic hypertensionand bradycardia occured in 9 rats after fluidpercussion
injury.A decrease in regional cere-bral blood flow measured by Laser-Dopplerwas
observed.These results indicates fluid percussion model in the rat may therefore be auseful
experimetal model for study of traumat-ic brain injury.
