摘要 以生产废水为研究对象,考察了投加不同石灰(生石灰/石灰乳)与不同石灰投加量对废水氟去除的影响;在确定了投加石灰种类及最佳石灰投加量的基础上进行二次除氟,考察了二次除氟时Al/F比与控制pH的影响。试验结果表明:石灰-硫酸铝二段除氟工艺具有流程简单、稳定性好、投加药剂种类少(仅为石灰、硫酸铝二种)、处理效果好、单位氟去除成本低等优点。在进水含F-4000~5000mg/L情况下,通过二次除氟,出水中的F-浓度能稳定地降至5mg/L以下。 The influence of different Lime (quick Lime/Lime milk)and different Lime amount on Fluorine removal was studied in first stage treatment; with deciding the kind and the optimal amount of Lime, the effect of different Al/F ratio and pH on Fluorine was studied in second stage treatment. The research shows that the technique of removing Fluorine by adding Lime and Al_2(SO_4)_3 is advanced and the technique has many merits such as simple process little kinds of adding medicament high effciency low cost perunit Fluorine removal. With the Fluorine removal method ,the F^- concentration in the sewage is as high as 4 000~5 000 mg/L can be steadily reduced belows 5 m g/L.
