高职教育市场化改革的思考

在社会主义市场经济初步形成的条件下,对高职教育进行市场化改革,已是现实的迫切需要。政府除宏观调控之外,还需在投资体制、价格定位、市场准入及服务过程中发挥主导作用,即政府主导型市场化模式。

It has already been a realistic urgent need to carry on the market-oriented reform to higher vocational education under the condition of tentative forming of the socialist market economy. Besides macro adjustment and control, the government need to play a leading role in investment structure, price making, market accessing and service course, namely the market-oriented mode of government′s leading type.
